Zembook vs Vyapar
Vyapar is where a lot of Indian shops start, and it is genuinely easy to begin with on a phone. The difference shows up later - when your CA wants a Balance Sheet that ties, or when the business outgrows billing and needs books.
Choose Zembook if
- You want real double-entry books - Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow that tie, with drill-down to the voucher.
- You want GSTR-2B reconciliation, TDS, depreciation and fixed assets, not only billing and GST invoices.
- You are moving off Tally or BUSY and want those books read in.
- You want a full desktop application that works with the internet off.
- You want several users on the same books over the shop network.
Stay on Vyapar if
- Your business is billing and receivables, and you do not keep formal books at all.
- You want to run everything from a phone, with the desktop as the secondary place.
- You want online payment links and reminders as the core of the workflow.
