Zembook क्या-क्या करता है
Zembook भारतीय धंधों के लिए GST अकाउंटिंग और इन्वेंट्री सॉफ़्टवेयर है। यह विंडोज़ पर चलने वाला असली डेस्कटॉप प्रोग्राम है जो इंटरनेट के बिना भी काम करता है, साथ में एंड्रॉइड ऐप है। इसमें पूरी डबल-एंट्री अकाउंटिंग, GST रिटर्न (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 2B मिलान), e-Way Bill और e-Invoice, बैच और एक्सपायरी वाली इन्वेंट्री है — और आपकी पुरानी किताब सीधे Tally या BUSY से आ जाती है।
नीचे हर वो चीज़ लिखी है जो सॉफ़्टवेयर में सचमुच मौजूद है — कोई आने वाला फ़ीचर नहीं। हर लाइन के नीचे उसका अंग्रेज़ी रूप भी है।
हिसाब-किताब
आपकी पूरी किताब — बिल, पेमेंट, खाते और फ़ाइनल अकाउंट — और हर आँकड़ा अब भी उसी बिल से जुड़ा हुआ जिससे वो बना।
- बिक्री और खरीद के बिल बनाइए — आइटम की लिस्ट के साथ, या सिर्फ़ रकम डालकर अगर आप स्टॉक नहीं रखते।Make sale and purchase bills - with the item list, or just the amount when you do not keep stock.
- पैसा दिया, पैसा मिला, कोई एडजस्टमेंट, या कैश से बैंक में डाला — सब की एंट्री।Record money paid, money received, adjustments, and cash moved between your own cash and bank.
- माल वापस आया या बिल में गलती थी? रिटर्न की एंट्री कीजिए, पार्टी का बैलेंस अपने आप ठीक हो जाएगा।Goods came back, or a bill was wrong? Make the return entry and the party's balance corrects itself.

GST, TDS और सरकारी काम
GST पोर्टल जो-जो माँगता है, वो सब उन्हीं बिलों से बन जाता है जो आपने पहले ही डाल रखे हैं — रिटर्न का दिन अब रात भर का काम नहीं, बस एक डाउनलोड है।

स्टॉक और इन्वेंट्री
शेल्फ़ पर क्या है और उसकी क़ीमत कितनी — उसी इंजन से गिना जाता है जो आपकी बैलेंस शीट बनाता है, इसलिए दोनों कभी अलग नहीं हो सकते।
- हर आइटम अपने ग्रुप में, अपनी यूनिट के साथ, और जितने गोदाम हों उतने में।Every item filed under a group, with its unit, and kept in as many godowns as you have.
- दवा और खाने के सामान के लिए — कौन-सा बैच, और क्या एक्सपायर होने वाला है, डेड स्टॉक बनने से पहले।For medicines and food - which batch, and what is about to expire, before it is dead stock.

- साल की शुरुआत का स्टॉक दोनों जगह एक जैसा रहता है, इसलिए मुनाफ़ा बढ़ा-चढ़ा नहीं दिखता।The stock you started the year with shows the same in both places, so your profit is not overstated.
- जो माल आया ही नहीं वो बेच नहीं सकते — बिल पीछे की तारीख़ का हो तब भी पकड़ लेता है।You cannot sell what you had not bought yet - even if you back-date the bill. It catches that.
- भाव बढ़ गए? पूरे ग्रुप के आइटम एक साथ बदलिए, एक-एक करके नहीं।Rates gone up? Change a whole group of items at once instead of one by one.
- आइटम पर एक बार भाव और डिस्काउंट सेट कीजिए, बिल पर अपने आप आ जाएगा।Set a rate and a discount on the item once, and it comes on the bill by itself.
- अपने आइटम के बारकोड लेबल छापिए और काउंटर पर आम USB स्कैनर से स्कैन कीजिए।Print barcode labels for your items and scan them at the counter with a normal USB scanner.
पुरानी किताब यहाँ लाना
आपकी पुरानी किताब आपके साथ आती है — Tally से, BUSY से, एक्सेल के रोकड़ से, यहाँ तक कि सप्लायर के बिल की फ़ोटो से भी।
- Tally से एक्सपोर्ट कीजिए, Zembook में इम्पोर्ट। पार्टी, आइटम और हर बिल आ जाता है — कई साल एक साथ।Export from Tally, import into Zembook. Parties, items and every bill come across, several years at once.
- ग़लती से वही इम्पोर्ट दोबारा चला दिया? कुछ भी डबल नहीं होता।Run the same import twice by mistake? Nothing doubles up.
- BUSY से आ रहे हैं तो स्टॉक और ट्रायल बैलेंस वही निकलते हैं जो BUSY दिखाता था।Coming from BUSY, your stock and Trial Balance come out matching what BUSY showed.

नुसा — साथ में मौजूद सहायक
हिन्दी में बोलिए और काम हो जाता है। न मेन्यू ढूँढ़ना, न याद रखना कि कौन-सी स्क्रीन कहाँ है।
- बोलिए “रमेश को 5000 का पेमेंट” — एंट्री बन जाती है। बोलिए “बैलेंस शीट खोलो” — खुल जाती है।Say "Ramesh ko 5000 ka payment" and the entry is made. Say "balance sheet kholo" and it opens.
- हिन्दी, गुजराती, अंग्रेज़ी — या तीनों एक ही वाक्य में मिलाकर, जैसे लोग असल में बोलते हैं।Hindi, Gujarati, English - or all three mixed in one sentence, the way people really talk.
- स्पेलिंग ग़लत हो या आप उसे कुछ और नाम से बुलाएँ — फिर भी समझ जाता है।Spell it wrong or call it something else - it still understands.
- हिन्दी आवाज़ इंटरनेट बंद होने पर भी चलती है। न कुछ डाउनलोड करना, न कुछ बाहर जाता है।The Hindi voice works with the internet off. Nothing to download, nothing sent anywhere.

आपकी सारी फ़र्में एक जगह, और आपका स्टाफ़ बग़ल वाले कंप्यूटर से उसी किताब पर काम करता हुआ।
- जितनी फ़र्में हों उतनी, और हर साल अलग रखा जाता है — न कोई लिमिट, न अलग पैसा।As many firms as you have, and each year kept separately - no limit, no extra charge.
- काउंटर और ऑफ़िस एक ही किताब पर, एक साथ, आपकी अपनी केबल या वाई-फ़ाई से। कोई सर्वर नहीं चाहिए।Counter and office on the same books at the same time, over your own cable or WiFi. No server needed.

- Tally जैसे शॉर्टकट — जिसने Tally चलाया है वो पहले दिन से तेज़ चलेगा, माउस की ज़रूरत नहीं।Shortcuts like Tally, so anyone who worked on Tally is fast from day one - no mouse needed.
- डार्क स्क्रीन पसंद हो तो वो, और अक्षर छोटे लगें तो बड़े कर लीजिए।Dark screen if you like it, and bigger letters if the small ones are hard to read.
- सॉफ़्टवेयर ख़ुद अंग्रेज़ी में या हिन्दी में — जो आपको ठीक लगे।The software itself in English or Hindi, whichever you prefer.
