The billing and the books
GST invoicing with HSN on every line, CGST/SGST or IGST decided from the place of supply, and the returns produced from those same bills - GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B as portal-ready JSON, and GSTR-2B reconciled against your own purchase entries.
Behind the counter it is real double-entry accounting, so the Balance Sheet, the P&L and the stock value all come from one place and cannot drift apart.
What this is not
Zembook is not pharmacy distribution software. It does not do supplier order management, rate contracts, or the expiry-return workflow that a pharma distributor's day is built around - products like Marg are deeper there and a distributor should use one.
A retail chemist shop that needs batch, expiry, GST billing and proper books is well served here. A distributor is not, and we would rather say so now than have you find out in month three.
